Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Movierulz
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is based on mourning. Mourning as external as internal to the film, linked to the untimely death of Chadwick Boseman and, consequently, of his character T’Challa, aka Black Panther. Starting from this sad and unexpected implication, the story of this new chapter of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is built, the last of this troubled Phase 4.
The film directed by Ryan Coogler, and the sequel to that lucky Black Panther in 2018 conquered a nomination for best film at the Oscars, he, therefore, tries to reflect on the legacy left by the now former protagonist, to metabolize the pain and to look to the future.
Black Panther 2 now finds its protagonist in Shuri (Letitia Wright), T’Challa's young sister. It is she who has to deal with a pain that seems insurmountable and who has to guarantee the good of Wakanda together with her mother Ramonda (Angela Bassett).
While she tries to find answers to what happened and to find her own existential balance, Shuri also has to face a new threat, represented by the mutant Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his army of the abyss. There is something this enemy wants and Shuri will have to get hold of it first if she is to ensure the survival of her nation.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Show pain without feeling it
Thirtieth MCU film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is also the one that inevitably finds itself more than anyone else having to manage a series of situations and themes that are anything but happy. In no other Marvel movie, death, grief, and grieving have a similar weight to what they do here.
Aware of this, Coogler and screenwriter Joe Roberto Cole build a story that does not try to marginalize what happened, as it was feared it might happen, but rather makes it a constant presence, at the base of every event and action of the new protagonists.
The narrative arc of the main characters is therefore very important here, not only to make them grow over the course of the film but also to offer the viewer the way to experience that process of mourning himself necessary to be able to continue his own path.
Solemnity is then the watchword, without forgetting that light-heartedness that Marvel Studios have so wisely combined with the action required by this type of film. This delicate balance actually turns out to be Black Panther's main weakness: Wakanda Forever. In the midst of what is proposed, the emotions appear as if they have cooled down.

The sensation is therefore that of mourning and pain more shown than felt. It is certainly commendable that Coogler chooses not to tread the hand in this regard, which on the contrary would have made the film fall into the desire to extort tears and emotions from the viewer in a forced and cunning way.
However, those moments of sincerity where one finds the time to stop and reflect on what has happened to seem to be missing, thus being able to give life to truly engaging and moving moments. For a film lasting two hours and forty, not finding this time highlights an imbalance that is far from justified.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and those wasted opportunities
It cannot be denied that Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has its own distinctive charm, which many other MCU films do not enjoy, given only the fact that it presents original worlds and contexts, different from those of other films. In this case, sequences like the one set in the kingdom of Namor, the Talocan, or the clashes that take place in Wakanda, are both compelling and fascinating to watch.
Namor himself stands out as a villain full of charisma, although his motivations are not particularly original and in the end, he is hastily put aside. Or even Shuri, who stands out as a character who finds here the possibility of expressing all that potential that the first Black Panther hinted at.

These elements of value, however, are contained in a film that, as we said, appears rather unbalanced. Trivially, there are many scenes that are irrelevant for the purposes of the story, such as all those involving the actor Martin Freeman, who returns here to play agent Everett Ross. Particularly wasted is also the character of Riri Williams alias Ironheart, played by Dominique Thorne.
We know there will be a series entirely dedicated to her, but her introduction and her role in this film leave more doubts than expectations. There are therefore a series of missed opportunities and others that are only partially exploited, which not even Coogler's direction can recover.
This wasted time could therefore have been used instead to better investigate the way in which mourning resonates in each of the protagonists, which would have probably allowed the film itself to have a stronger and more alive heart. Failing that, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever remains a good action blockbuster with more than one aspect of value, but it generally fails to meet the expectations generated towards it, establishing itself as a Marvel product in line with the others of this Phase. 4, which is not very incisive.
